Introducing
I help to facilitate equal employment opportunities for Deaf people and advice and support to businesses who employ Deaf people. My goal is to help Deaf people find meaningful permanent employment, and for employers to have a valuable, open-minded and loyal team
For Deaf clients: I help them write a CV and cover letter, build confidence, practice job interview questions and help them become work-ready. For Employers: I advise about any funding opportunities, help to set up communication strategies and mediate any issues or barriers.
