We will, send you 3 CVs max within 2 days for contract, and for permanent, we will try our best to fill within 2 weeks, but not only are we looking for the exact skills match + experience + FIT. . The candidates we will present, will be in top 15% of the best candidates available, or have been clients and now candidates, as such they have already been road tested by us.
We will only Conduct business with value aligned company’s. We will never work with a co. that we wouldn’t place a loved one at. So our candidates will know your values, goals and the opportunity we present to them. By the time our candidate gets to you they will know where their role sits in the company, its function and how that impacts the wider team and more importantly the company goals. We provide clear communication about the company and role so you know all candidates definitely WANT the job/culture/any learning oppourtunities you can offer them when you first meet them. Both parties will be well informed.
